" I had been contemplating on having my eyebrows tattooed for sometime but after experiencing a ‘bodge job’ a few years back was very apprehensive. My fears were firstly how are you going to work with what I already had, and secondly, did I feel comfortable enough to trust someone else, this is my face after all. An HD Technician suggested you and said how professional you were and that she had complete confidence in your work and ability. We spoke over several weeks discussing at great lengths on what look I was trying to achieve, and you then devised ‘the perfect plan’! The HD technician who recommended you would give me the shape I wanted over my existing tattoos and then you would work your magic on achieving this look through semi permanent make-up. I was very nervous about doing this, but what really sold me was that you wasn’t pushy or insistent, you gave me all the information on the process and allowed me to make my decision based on that, so I felt it wasn’t about the money, I saw the professionalism in you. I just want to say a ‘big thank you’ especially for giving my eyebrows the impression of having alot of hair, when I don’t have that much. I am so pleased with how they look, and the compliments that I have had from friends and work colleagues says a lot.
